i watched it all today. its almost unwatchable. Its so far fetched and wrong in so many areas. Its really bad. I won't ruin anything but its so inaccurate and they betray the characters themselves. Looking forward to "The Ranch" starting back up in a couple weeks.

I liked the first episode of HOC. Gonna watch a couple more tonight. Really like "The Ranch"
first episode is fine but half way through it gets tough and by episode 10 your like, seriously? They even get basic government 101 wrong in it and the characters do things so out of who they truly are its ugh. To each their own, if you like all of it good for you. This season was just bad in my book.
The Ranch is a great show. I actually met Sam Elliot (sp?) once. That guy is straight up super regular joe. He was on his way to Sturgis on his Harley and I was at a bar and he just comes in sits at the bar next to me and orders a beer and asks if I want one. just shook my head cause I couldn't believe who I was looking at. Probably only two other people there. We sat there for what seemed like an hour and just shot the bull. Didn't mention anything about his job or movies and he just talked about his Hog and how much he loved the open road. I have met two other celebrities and they were what you would expect.

Thanks for the heads up. Downloading now. Been watching Season 4 of Silicon Valley the last couple of days. Better Call Saul is off for the week and Game Of Thrones doesn't start until Mid-July. Orange Is The New Black comes out in a couple of weeks, but I've already watched the leaked eps. Still have the last three I haven't seen.
Yes, stay-cation this week. Binge watching is a serious issue for me. I never watched Breaking Bad till Netflix and watched all of them in 5 days. I hate watching a 1 hour drama over 5 years. I just wait and do it all at once. Yes I'm strange.

Can you download netflix shows on to your phone? Ive never done it before but will be flying out of 2 of the airports that have the electronics ban so I want to have plenty on my phone to watch. Want to download this and Master of None
I have not figured out a way to do that. Netflix has some programs available for download, but I don't believe they include new episodes of popular series (someone please correct me if I'm wrong). Unfortunately the on-the-plane WiFi usually does not support Netflix either.
EDIT: I stand corrected - went to the "Available for Download" section of the Netflix app and it does look like the new season of House of Cards is available there. I don't see Master of None there, but I didn't search the whole list.

So I guess I am a little confused. My thinking is that if I have the episodes downloaded on my phone I could play them without any wifi...like when I download podcasts ..am I incorrect in that thinking
You're right. If you download them while on wifi, you don't need any connection to watch them later, like on a plane.
Yes, like Chicolby indicated, make sure you are on WiFi when you download the episodes. But once that's done, you can watch them anywhere. When I said that in-flight WiFi won't support Netflix I was just talking about streaming. Downloads will work fine in-flight. But you will want a portable phone charger in case there's no power available at your seat. Watching the downloaded shows will drain your battery pretty quickly.

Sounds great. Pretty rare to have an international flight anymore without some sort of power source even in coach, but I've learned to always have the Mota with me just in case. Safe travels.
Only through episode 1 of this season, but I won't be surprised if it jumps the shark. They could have played their hand more slowly through the previous seasons. Once the main character achieves their primary objective, a show is never quite the same.
It became like a sitcom where they get the "will they won't they" couple together and now there's nothing compelling about the show any more. Then the writers have to start reaching for weird, out-of-character stuff to try to add conflict and intrigue to the show and it gets bizarre.
I imagine it's also a challenge to write anything that tops the shock value of the news the last 6 months and/or isn't an obvious theft of headlines.

They can't top Trump in shock value. You can't make that stuff up. The writers probably had Season 5 all finished and then Trump did something and they probably wadded up their entire script and started over.
