OT: "Heard it from a friend who heard it from a friend who....."

Saw him play at Legends bar many years ago, on about 110th & Q Street. THAT was a great night for reasons I won't go into, but I'm with ya, REO, back in the day, kicked ass!

Boy does it ever. Also makes me a little worried about how old I will get. 65?

Saw REO at the old Civic in lIke 1987 or 88?. They were really good live and he was great. Roll with the changes was the finale IIRC.

Still listen to Riding the storm out and Take it on the run in the car every once in awhile. Good timeless stuff.

Couple that with the loss of Moses Malone and that is 2 greats that the world lost. RIP Gary.
