OT: good soup/sandwich/salad restaurant in Lincoln recommendations

for tomorrow prior to game. would like to find something for our family that's not going to be so overcrowded and close to the stadium that we have to wait forever to sit down.

I'm looking for some place that's not your typical chain restaurant that we have in Omaha. I'm sick of those.

A while back, someone recommended a sandwich place in Lincoln, can't recall the name, but I think it was further West of the Stadium and maybe on P street or something like that.

Have tried Bison Witches, the wait was like two days and the food was ok; not impressed. Also had lunch a few times at Misty's. It was good, not great.
