OT: Germanwings plane crash in Alps

Seeing news now running story that one of the pilots locked out the other prior to crash. Apparently you can hear the other pilot knocking on the door lightly and then slamming into it after it wasn't opened from the recorder they recovered. So is this a pilot gone postal?
