I know I need a distraction and everyone else does. Looking for some advice from the experts. I have a fresh turkey in the fridge from Costco. In the past have brined it. Thinking about brining and smoking on my pellet smoker. Wondering if the fuss and stress of that is worth it versus brining and putting in the oven. Looking for your best advice. Have a brine mix I like.
