So I have 2 new TV's and I thought I was ready for some football. All of a sudden I start have trouble getting my 2nd TV to pick up the signal. Directv makes 2 trips to my house to fix the problem. After replacing both receivers and losing all my recorded programs. Finally got them both to work and the tech thanks me and says someone will be following up. 20 minutes later my doorbell rings and it's a DTV rep. He starts talking about going over my programming pkg. I tell him I'm not interested in paying more money. He tells me what a loyal customer I am[since 2003]. When he is all done, he lowers my price from $75 a month to $54 with the service protection for 12 months after my current contract. Bottom line...they are running scared!
