Does anyone have any experience buying damaged items on Amazon? This is an external computer display that Amazon says has less than 5% cosmetic damage. Their verbiage follows:
"Item is in original packaging, but packaging has damage. Cosmetic damage (Less than 5% ) on the top of the item. Cosmetic damage (Less than 5% ) on the sides of the item. Cosmetic damage (Less than 5% ) on the back of the item. "
Savings would be about $60 on a $220 item. This is stored, packaged and shipped by Amazon.
On a side note, anyone have any experience with portable, USB powered flat displays?
