How are business owners in Omaha doing finding employees??? I employ almost 100 people. Most of them make between $10 to $14. Most of management make in the $20 dollar range. I'm hearing lots of businesses are having problems finding employees. We are having problems just getting people to apply. I just added on a closet for my daughter in a space that was attic before. Could not believe what I paid for materials and labor (I did all the framing). The guy that installed the cabinets told me one of his friends built a house in 5 fountains for $850,000 back in 2009. He sold it and wanted to replicate the house somewhere else and it was going to cost him $250,000 more. Not sure what needs to be done about the employment issue in Omaha, but we cannot just keep opening new businesses without more workers. We will all be fighting over the pool of employees and cost will just keep going up.
