Most offices have them, but what is it with colleagues that constantly try to find fault in everything you do instead of trying to solve a problem. There is a person I work with that is constantly snarky and thinks that because my department serves hers that she can be condescending and judgmental on every move myself and my department makes. It's her problem not mine, but it really starts to wear thin when someone is constantly trying to play "GOTCHA". What a waste of time IMO. Anyone else have these types in your workplace?? If so, any idea what the point of that behavior might be?
