As some of you know and most of you don't care I took last year off of coaching. I did enjoy it a little. Got to watch all the games with my boys and field their myriad of questions.
But nonetheless I missed it. Tuesday, a local High School that I coached at for 4 years called and asked if I wanted to come back and coach DBs . I had left this position 2 years ago to take a job at a local NAIA school. It was a huge mistake. If you coach for more than a few years you'll come to find out that one of the most enjoyable parts of being a football coach is being a part of a good coaching staff. I'm glad to be returning to that in the fall.
