Just seeing the pros and cons of alternative type investments, and what names are out there.
I know they are difficult to liquidate if ever needed, may require capital requirements not making them overall friendly, but they often have a decent return.
I'm just investigating the options out there, and it will probably lead to nothing as I'm pretty financially conservative.
I know Ares apparently has such funds, perhaps Investco, and Franklin Square https://www.fsinvestments.com/investments has some, etc.
