Hi Guys,
I frequent the board as lurker and don't post too often, but I've seen the overwhelming support for @sparky62 over the last few years and I just wanted to share a little bit about a business that I've been working on for the last three or four years with some fellow Husker fans.
The brand is called "Philia Foods" and we make a line of natural feta cheese dips that we sell in grocery stores around the country (http://www.philiafoods.com). We're based in Minneapolis and in the last few months we launched in many of the HyVee stores throughout the Midwest (2 of the Lincoln stores, and the majority of Omaha stores included). Anyway, the dips are great for all kinds of parties, entertaining, snacking, sandwiches, eggs etc. I know this is a football board, so I won't start a bunch of new threads or anything, but the Husker network is one of the most supportive out there so I had to mention it at least once. I'd be so thankful for any and all of your support in searching out the brand in stores (usually in the deli and cheese case area), giving it a try and spreading the word if you enjoy it!
Thanks guys, and Go Big Red!
