Granddaughter flying back from Europe with a group, they get to Detroit and Delta downsizes their connecting flight and her and 40 others in their group get bumped. The replacement plane cannot fly as the flight crew had reached their allowed hours. They are still in Detroit. They had to spend the night in the airport. Airline did nothing for them.
