We are in the process of selling our home in Elkhorn. Our house will sell very quickly as it is in that $195 - $210k range. We met with a realtor who wants to charge 6%. Is this still the typical realtor commission? Are there other options I should consider. Dont want to do FSBO as I will be moving early and it will be my wife doing most of the work.
