Ole Miss hires John Garrison as OL coach and run game coordinator

Garrison was the run game coordinator and OL coach for Kiffin at Florida Atlantic in 2018 before going to NC State.

Understand obviously, but just thought Rhule would have hired another OLinecoach instead of retaining Raiola..

I wonder if he did, and then Kiffin came in with a better offer? It just seemed weird that someone reported that Garrison was coming here, and then soon after said Raiola was being retained. Almost like Garrison backed out and left Rhule to retain Raiola. Otherwise, why did he wait that long to say he was being retained?

Why not? It's just a madeup title. Means nothing really besides an excuse to up salary.
