Do you know what his duties really are? Special Teams coach is just a title. I believe he also helps out with Tight Ends. He might be Riley's right hand man and Asst HC for all we know. A good coaching staff is much like a good stew, it has many different kind of ingredients. The point is we don't know the dynamics of the staff. I trust Riley to hire the coaches he thinks he needs supporting him to make the team successful.
