From the past three coaching staffs and the current staff, you have a chance to choose who you think were/are the best assistants and bring/keep them on board. Riley is the head coach, so no changing that, but I will let you choose one of the ex head coaches as an assistant if you so desire.

I will start off by taking Frank back as the running backs coach.

Tom would be my OC.
He helped out just as much if not more then some of Bo's GA.

Mike Eckler (close between Eckler/Sanders/Carl as long as we can disregard issues with the law)

Funny my dad and I always joked if Bo and Callahan could have been co head coaches (basically each in charge of their side of the ball as coordinators) Nebraska would have been great. I agree with all your coaches except rb...I think Ron Brown was an underrated coach based on the fact that the TE position was efficient until he moved to rbs and then the TE disappeared and we started pumping out rbs left and right.

Only if Bill would of been in charge of recruiting.
 
I assume this is after Frank made his staff changes, so we cant go back to 99 and use McBride and Milt and Young.
