How times have changed. Was just browsing through Huskers.com for some basketball stats and all-time records and came across this. Crazy how there was so much hype around Nebrasketball after Miles first season and the opening of Pinnacle Bank.

Everybody had their own strong opinions when Tim Miles was hired as head coach,” he said. “Now that we’re near the end of the regular season and getting ready for the conference tournament, you’d be hard-pressed to find one person that would say: ‘Hey, I don’t like the hire’ now. I mean, every single person I talk to – 100 percent of them and I talk to a lot of people – have just been blown away by everything about Coach Miles. They love the way he’s coached his players. When you talk about the injuries and the amount of talent he inherited compared to the rest of the league, you understand why everybody will tell you that the Big Ten is the best basketball conference in the country.
