I'm a longtime lurker, but thought this was too interesting not to post. I wonder how many visits UCLA had left when Ogbonnia visited UCLA as a "track athlete"? I won't provide much info or value to this thread, but thought it was weird how the football staff randomly ran into this recruit for track. Thought it'd be interesting for discussion since he visited as a track athlete and committed as a football and track athlete. I mean, I'm sure if happens all the time with guys who are dual sport athletes. Does that mean it will count as a visit for track and football or just track? Attached is the link that talks about how UCLA became involved. I always thought it was Nebraska, Texas Tech, and Tennessee at the end and didn't know about UCLA. Sorry if already posted.
