Offensive Line coach needs to sit in the corner

Yep. No idea why he is still in the building.
Regardless of how bad they've performed, you still have to have somebody coach them. I don't think we have anybody else on the staff who has ever coached the O line. Therein lies part of the problem. Maybe you could make a midseason hire, but I doubt it. What's Stai doing these days outside of radio?

The Special Teams Coordinator / Coach needs to be spanked, grounded, and sent to a home for troubled ones.
mmmm what we REALLY need for special teams is somebody to coach our punters and kickers. (Downing cough cough). The scheme and coverages had been much better this sesaon. Those blown punts were ALL on the guys dropping the ball on their foot.

I guarantee there is someone in the building that has had experience with the OL. Lubick, Frost, someone. Like you said as well, Stai is radio guy and some sort of title with the University, but could help. I also think there are former lineman that could help out as well. I can't remember who it was, but someone helped Jurgens get it right.

Would either the OL or Special Teams be worse with no coaching at all? Ask yourself honestly. It's like a bunch of guys are going out there and just figuring it out as they go.
