Offensive & Defensive lines playing with Handicap

I don't know much about lines but the last few years especially when playing against NW and WI our lines seem to be playing with a handicap. It seems like NW OL grabs our guys and hold to inner pads but our lines never do that, it seems like our OL tries to push them but it isn't as effective. And on the DL, we seemed to just push the OL which plays in with their strategy.

Is this something I'm imagining or anyone else notice this?
