For those few of you close to the program, how do you see off season development occurring by position group? (Awareness of the group on their need to develop, Fortitude of the group to develop, leadership of the group, ability of the staff to give them the proper path, etc)
Given this may be one of the most critical off-seasons recently (it's the time to prove it off season for some young position groups)...very curious on the overall focus on surprising some folks and over performing next year in big games.
