In our seven home games there has been five home runs. Three of them were hit off the foul poles. We should check for bruises.

Another thing about home runs. We only have four of them for the year. It's safe to say we don't hit for power very well. We rank 175th in slg%. But, in our games, our opponents aren't going yard very much either. Against us they have just five HRs. Looks like home runs are hard to come by in Husker games. Why is that?

I would say it's a combination of our lack of power with our great pitching depth. It's a testament to both

I think Schreiber is going to develop into a pretty decent power hitter for NU.
