I hope your right marsh but illinois will be a tough get on the road. I think if we play tough D like we have been and shut down Rice (easier said than done) we'll be fine. That said I think we get it done

Freshman Kendrick Nunn has been our most consistent scorer as of late and had 5 three's against Minnesota. In our last two wins, Rice had 6 and 9 points. Nunn has 19 points in both those games. I would say stop Nunn on the ofensive side to win. Our upperclasman play good defense, but are stagnant and not good on offense. Our freshmen provide the best offense, but make mistakes on defense too often. On D you need to stop Hill and Nunn. Also, Egwu has really stepped it up lately on defense and offense. Whenever he comes out of the game look for Nebraska to attack the basket. Egwu is our only rim protector.

Rice was a load to stop in our last game. Last game Illinois also had no answer for Shevon. Can't recall who Groce had playing him, but I imagine he'll defense him differently tonight. Road games are tough, and if our guys can find a way to escape this game, then I like our chances going forward. But this really is a key game.
