The missed face mask on Armstrong and resulting fumble when NU was about to score was bad enough. Then the worst call of the year when the targeting by Gerry was reviewed and upheld. Everyone including Mark May said it was NOT targeting. To have Gerry ejected was insult on injury!

These ACC azz clowns are a joke.

And if the original call wasn't bad enough, they go through the stupid charade and nonsense of "reviewing" the call. Just dispense with that crap the next time if you have review officials that are either so incompetent that they don't understand the rules or if they are so afraid they might "show up" the officials on the field by overruling them.

Unreal. Just as bad as Michigan's Joe Bolden getting thrown out against msu. Incompetence at its finest. I hope that kid isn't a senior.

I think they need to change the rule a player is not ejected that game but subsequently reviewed and banned from 1st half of the next game. You can't rob Nate like that.

I think we hit their QB helmet to helmet and it wasn't called.

Incompetent and clueless, dress them in pink tutus~

That hit could be on the front page of the new heads up tackling program.
I've had class on it and coached it. That was a clean hit. GBR

To be fair, the late hit and one of the pass interferences called on UCLA's defense were pretty weak as well, but the Gerry call definitely takes the cake.
