...and I might add, he is no longer an outsider, he's one of us in my book.

"Discipline is not just getting to practice on time; discipline is how you wear your uniform," Moos said. "Are you consistent with your teammates, or are you drawing attention to yourself? A lot of times little things add up to become big things.

"I'm a stickler for having clean locker rooms and charter airplanes. I think we have really good young men that are players, but some of those things again get out of hand when you start to snowball the other way. The Nebraska uniform should be worn with tremendous pride. To me, it's like wearing a New York Yankees uniform, or the Green Bay Packers or the Boston Celtics. One way or other, whether I made this move or not, those things were going to be taken care of from my chair, if from nobody else's. I'm a stickler on the little things that can make a difference."
