Not sure if true..

Hopefully this new info will help move the X-men fans along the path forward

Got a call this am from OSU friend who said Michigan also had/have 50hrs of OSU practices on a hard drive. Supposedly will be out by weeks end.

Again not sure if true but man if it is...smgdh.

Holla
Is 50 hours of practice tape really that much different than a seasons worth of games on tape?

Other than maybe a special trick play?

How does Jim respond to this?. He could deny, but that obliterates the bounds of credulity. I guess he just goes on some bizarre rant like grandpa Abe. That seems to work OK and is certainly entertaining.

Might hurt him in recruiting. Hey kid, all this guy does is lie and cheat. Can’t trust him, just sayin.

Ohio st are a bunch of big time crybabies
Day kinda comes off as whiny at times, but I think maybe it's just a good old-fashioned hatred of all things Michigan that triggers them too. I used to think OU-Texas was a rivalry until I lived in Dallas for a number of years and came to the conclusion that it was actually hatred, not a rivalry. I think OSU-Michigan is similar.

Am I the only one who thinks Day is using a shitton of botox and hair dye?

Thats interesting cuz I find both teams boring as hell to watch
The post-game handshake between Day and Harbaugh would have been interesting to watch. But we won't get to see that this year unless Michigan and Harbaugh get an injunction against the Big Ten.

“Third Base” is hilarious.
Day took over OSU coming off back to back 2 loss seasons

Didn’t some guy around our parts get handed a back to back undefeated national championship program in 1972 and proceed to lose 2-2-3-2-3-3-3 games in the ensuing seasons. Man talk about third base

Day has averaged 1.5 losses per year since he took over
Our guy averaged 2.6 losses in his first 7 seasons since being awarded third base
What’s even more hilarious is a newbie account named stanleyjones talking about ‘our’ guy.

A) husker fans didn’t coin him Third Base
B) time to win a title in one of the best recruiting hot beds in the country if he wants to shake that name.

It’s deserved for now and funny as hell

He’s held the fort, OK, but certainly hasn’t advanced the cause in light of the ridiculous talent that comes through there.
Went to the Ohio State game in Riley's last year. The size, shape, speed, and athletic prowess was breath taking.
I think they actually felt sorry for us. We were the opposite of them.

I hope they drop the hammer on Jimmy.

For several years he was "struggling" and on the hot seat.

Then out of nowhere he turned things around drastically.

I have zero tolerance for cheating and would be ashamed to be a MI fan.

I'd rather lose than win by cheating.

I got a wonder if he even gained that much. It’s undeniable that He’s got a lot of talent on that team that is being maximized . Just looking for that little edge I guess.

Considering they pretty much knew what play the offense was running, I'd say they gained a ton.

Coincidence they are the best defense in college football??

this is my question, and admittedly haven't read too much on it, but what EXACTLY is illegal vs. gray area vs. technically legal-but-frowned upon here? They're NOT the only ones stealing signs, far from it.

Personally don't give a shit because any smart coaching staff just switches up the signals. We should be doing that in any case... like literally every baseball team does. Like TCU did very effectively last year against them.

Mostly just curious.

I'm not even sure I could give an educated guess. If true though it would show they left no stone unturned.

What's boring about OSU? They usually have good qb's, awesome wide receivers, and some NFL players on D. This year they have a rb with blazing speed.
on paper, you're correct.

i was much more excited to watch Oregon/Washington, Alabama/Texas, OU/Texas, OU/OkSt

watching those teams doesn't excite me, i feel like they're very known variables

Uncle is head coach @ a HS out in western NE… ‘most teams steal signs’. Just like most/all baseball teams do. Try sending a poll to every college football program and see what % respond in the affirmative. That’ll be your best bet there :)

and that wasn’t my question – was asking what exactly is printed in NCAA bylaws, defining what is legal and not legal when it comes to scouting other teams signs?

The runner on second base is NEVER the one in trouble for stealing catcher’s signs… it’s the team on the field’s responsibility to change ‘em up.

How’s this different? And I’m not defending Michigan in particular, I’m just asking how this is a different situation. It may be VERY different and I’m just ignorant as to why. Honest question…
