However, someone might want to take that job to make a name for themselves and move on to a better job. After all, if you win at Northwestern, you can win anywhere.

Mix in a few easy schedules and you can win a crap division.

PF should feel a little bad, he has no reason to can anyone because he is in no danger of getting canned. He as a minimum of 4 seasons with win totals like 2-1-3-3, and there will still be very little pressure, especially if none of the games are total shit shows.
