FUNNY ; they are so relevant; most of us don't even know the score. So multiple sources didn't find it relevant enough to report it. Now thats sick; whoever you lost too, its not a reportable upset....More like burnt chicken at this point.
They were up 35-10 at home to Southern Miss. They then lost 44-35.
This was a bad loss for them. The SEC hates them for embarrassing them like this and Stoops is now going to find himself on the hot seat.

From the box score, it looks like Courtney Love had 6 tackles. No other former Nebraska player made the stat sheet from my quick glance.
If the SEC doesn't do better in Week #2, Joe Tessitore and Paul Finebaum may form a suicide pact.
I wonder if Stoops is going to get another year or not. It clearly is not a great job but it is not horrible either. Nice pay, strong conference and since it is a basketball school a coach would probably get some decent time.
