NIT Chairman Barry Collier knew what he was doing. Matching his team against a team that was down to 5 scholarship players and a lame duck coach.
And one of the few times Barry's team wins in lincoln
Did Miles accidentally wash his white shirt with his Husker red clothes, or is he wearing a pink shirt?
Hopefully "The Mayor" can convince him to stay one more year.
If Watson had shot like this in Jan and Feb, we'd be playing tomorrow. Playing so confidently.
I know this is waaay late, but how does a guy that was 3rd in the B1G in scoring, and almost single-handedly willed his team to a 2-1 record in the B1G tourney...end up 3rd team all-conference??? WTF is going on in Chicago?!!
Trueblood with a pass inside that nobody could/would make all year. Unselfish??
If the team played with this intensity and urgency throughout the entire season, especially against the bad teams, Miles wouldn’t be getting fired.
I am really enjoying watching them play like this, but man it is frustrating to know they could have played like this all season and be in the tournament.

actually it was the right call. He hooked the guys arm and caused the ball to come out. I thought it was a bad call too until I saw the slow mo replay.
The offensive player had full extension of his arm on Trueblood first (I think). That full forearm extension pisses me off something fierce.
Thought the Butler player pushed offf first. Trueblood fouled him after that.
Palmer is feast or famine. When he's superman it's pretty cool, but if his shots aren't falling he's where offense goes to die.
After all the crappy basketball we've seen played over the years how did Trueblood not play more this year.
The kid can play. He's a perfect energy/role player off the bench. It's amazing what can happen if you give a guy a chance.
Trueblood does so well because he knows his role. Plays hard. Pass first. When he drives he looks to dish. He’s somebody this team missed during the drought.
