Who do you want your team to draft?
The 49ers made the tough call of trading Deforest Buckner, but given their D-line talent overall and the nature of the salary cap, you can't spend 25% of your cap on one position group. Getting the 13th pick was huge because I think the 49ers hope to either snag one of the 3-4 elite/athletic OT's, Greenlaw or Brown at DT (Brown will likely be gone) or Ruggs/Jeudy ... then, with the 31st pick, they can move back and snag perhaps a mid-2nd rounder and a third to boot.
Lynch and Shanahan have done a great job balancing the roster but dynasties require tough decisions, luck, and good draft maneuvering.
