Chase Mason is considered the top baseball player in the state and among the top 75 players in the nation in his class.

Chase Mason will play college baseball for the Huskers

2021 6-4 pitcher or outfielder. Bats left good power, throws right high 80's. Athletic, sounds like a Chad Christensen type OF.

Here's a nice article. Points out how talented he is but also that he that he is raw. Focusing on baseball in college will help him a lot as baseball is such a skill driven sport that requires practice. Pretty clear that if he was further along in his development he'd probably skip straight to the pros.
