With SE getting fired and a new AD coming in, the new AD will have to figure out what sports are headed in the right direction and what sports are not.

He then will have to make changes. Some changes will be made... right?
Has a new AD ever not made changes within a year or two of being hired?

I am guessing some changes could be made right away, but unless the new AD is told who to fire when he gets here, then he will first have to see what he has in each sport before making a decision.

I am guessing that if Riley is kept, then he will be "told" that he needs to make some changes where needed... and that will depend on how the football season ends up. If the defense ends up being good and its the offense that is holding the team back, I would guess that Langs would be gone next year.

Men's basketball has issues and the new AD will see those issues right away and fire Miles if the season goes south like it has the last few years. I like Miles, but his job will not be safe...

Women's basketball is led by a former Husker. She hasn't been here long, so I am guessing she will get time to get her program up and running.

Erstad is a former Husker, but has had a few issues winning at times and some think he is not going in the right direction. I am guessing he should be somewhat worried, but maybe not.
