• Broke the facility record with a distance of 70.04 meters in the hammer throw at the Rankin/Poehlein Invite
• Mark in the hammer throw ranks second in the Big Ten and is No. 7 nationally
• Also won first place in the shot put with a distance of 20.06 meters, which ranks fourth behind his own No. 2 mark set earlier this season
• Tallies the fourth Big Ten Outdoor Field weekly award of his career and second this season
