Nebraska - Texas Baseball series should be permanently renewed

Every year. 3 game series rotating home and home. This will continue to help our overall reputation beig in the big ten and give the fans what they want.

Yes it should. I would love to see this as an annual game. There have been some classics in this series.

I'm sure Erstad would love to do this and maybe he will bring it up .... One problem is I don't think Texas liked playing in 36 degree weather Friday night.

Dates could be an issue as well, especially playing games in Lincoln.

It's too bad that the temps aren't in the 70's or 80's for this series or we may have seen crowds in the 8000's and break the non conference weekend attendance record again.

Very rare to we get the temps we had last week against Michigan in March.

Average temp in March 50-55
Average temp in April 62-67

I'm not exactly behind the idea. If the umpires aren't calling players out at home when they're clearly safe (it was happening 15 years ago, too), then they're eliminating the strike zone in the 9th inning of a game NU is leading (see: Friday night 2013

) I may be bitter (OK definitely am), but I don't enjoy that.
