This has gotten to the point where it is a 4 alarm fire; straight up emergency. What do you all foresee happening?

There has to be a sacrificial lamb (assistant coach firing/reshuffle) before the big cards get played. We all know this is the way it works.

Which assistant will be the first to be let go, or who will, ‘find a new role’, in your opinion?
