I just checked SeatGeek to see how ticket prices for Oregon were shaping up. Tickets for the Nebraska game are at least triple compared to all their other games (except Oregon St, ours are double their OSU game). For instance, for all other games in Section 26, the corner of the endzone a pair can be had for $33-50 ($83-$150 for OSU). Nebraska tickets in Section 26 go for $176-250. Section 31 on the fifty, Cal Bears $220-300, NU $695-718.
Some of the reason is probably revenge and some of it is they know we are coming. But I can't help think that maybe playing Nebraska is still considered a big game.
