Just noticed a picture of the "golden ticket" that our recruiting staff released to new recruits. I noticed where it says "we would like to extend this offer to you to become part of the Nebraska Huskers program" or something like that.
Anyway, I started to wonder something. When did we drop the corn from our mascot name? It's not just this golden ticket deal either. I hear it all the time when watching ESPN or big10 network or anything.
Today the Wisconsin badgers take on the Nebraska Huskers. Just doesn't sound right to me
