Interesting read. Long, but interesting. I agree with some of it & some of it is way out there. I do thnk this will be a year of transition & I'm hoping that the kids really buy into everything and from what's been said that has happened. I do get a kick out of a few of the posters who think that MR is nothing of a coach.
