Why would you say that? Illinois and Indiana would have to struggle greatly down the stretch not to get in.

Agreed, they have an RPI of 22. The big knock on Illinois would be their conference record, but they are in position to take the series in Lincoln and finish with Purdue and Michigan State (after a tough series with Indiana).
