D1Baseball's Stock Report is out today. This is the length article explaining the reasoning for their field of 64 selections.

Here's their Big Ten report..
Big Ten (4 bids)
SAFELY IN: Maryland, Indiana, Michigan

ON THE BUBBLE (IN): Nebraska

ON THE BUBBLE (OUT): Minnesota

No change from last week.

Nebraska remains on the bubble because of its RPI (No. 42), but is resume is pretty good overall, and we’ve got it at the front end of the bubble, on the verge of the “safely in” category. The Huskers own big series wins against Maryland and at Indiana, plus a solid series win at Minnesota. They’re in second place in the conference at 9-5-1, and their remaining schedule is favorable (vs. Rutgers, vs. Michigan State, at Penn State), so they have a shot to make a run at the regular-season title. They also have a strong 5-4-1 mark against the top 25 in the RPI. There’s a lot to like about Nebraska’s body of work.

Indiana further solidified its at-large position with a huge series win against Maryland, one week after it won a road set at Maryland. At No. 24 in the RPI and with those two big series wins under its belt, IU is in outstanding shape for an at-large bid. In fact, the Hoosiers might even be ahead of Michigan in the Big Ten pecking order, based on their head-to-head series win and better RPI. But both teams are pretty safe at-large bets.

Minnesota, however, has tumbled 40 spots to No. 85 in the RPI over the last four weeks, and its at-large hopes are starting to look dim. Three straight series losses against Indiana, Nebraska and Illinois put the Gophers behind the eight-ball. It doesn’t look like they’ll be able to make up that lost RPI ground in the next three weeks, even with a nice non conference series against Long Beach State coming up in two weeks. But to have any shot, Minnesota needs to win its last three series.

Further up in the report they give their thinking regarding Maryland's chances to host..

Maryland didn’t help its stock by losing a road series at Indiana this weekend, but it still climbed seven spots to No. 20 in the RPI after losing two of three. The Terps are also still in first place in the Big Ten at 13-5, and their remaining schedule is favorable (at Illinois, vs. Northwestern), so we expect them to win the regular-season title, which is essential for their hosting hopes. A 6-10 record against the top 50 isn’t great, but a 13-10 mark against the top 100 is respectable for a team in a Northern conference. The RPI Needs Report says they can finish in the top 16 if they win out, which is a tall order. But if they can finish inside the top 25 and win the Big Ten, they’ve got a real shot.

Say the following happens...
Maryland goes 4-2 or better against Illinois and Northwestern and wins their series with Highpoint.
Indiana goes 4-2 or better against Penn State and Ohio State and wins their series with Xavier.
Michigan goes 6-3 or better against Ohio State, Purdue, and Michigan State.
Nebraska goes 7-2 or better against Rutgers, Michigan State, and Penn State.
None of the above teams go 0-2 in the conference tournament.
Minnesota wins the conference tournament.

5-bid league?

Oh wow. I mean, could be. Must say tho, Minnesota isn't currently playing well enough to get that done. In my opinion.

It's interesting how none of the teams listed as locks or in contention on D1Baseball play each other in the last three weeks of the conference regular season.
