In D1Baseball's podcast they talk about their selections conference by conference. For us, they are sticking with the four teams but they spent most of their time talking about Minnesota. Ended up thinking that if the Gophers win the title they might become a bubble team.

Here's their Big Ten thinking from their lengthy Stock Report.

Big Ten (4 bids)
SAFELY IN:
Maryland, Indiana, Michigan, Nebraska

ON THE BUBBLE (IN): None

ON THE BUBBLE (OUT): Minnesota

No change from last week.

Those top four teams look pretty locked as at-large teams thanks to RPIs in the 30s, winning conference records and a number of solid quality wins.

Minnesota’s case has gotten very interesting heading into the final regular-season weekend. The Gophers swept a doubleheader from Rutgers on Tuesday and suddenly find themselves grappling for first place (14-6) with Nebraska (14-6-1). If Minnesota can win the regular season title, it has a chance to sneak into a regional despite a lackluster RPI (currently No. 69). Should the Gophers climb up into the 50s, winning the conference title could be enough to get them in, even though the Big Ten plays an unbalanced schedule and the Gophers did not face Michigan or Maryland (and lost its series to Indiana and Nebraska). Minnesota hosts Purdue this weekend, in a must-win (and perhaps must-sweep) series, but the Boilermakers are no pushover. The Huskers, meanwhile, travel to last-place Penn State (3-18 in the conference). Advantage: Nebraska.

Really don't see Minnesota getting in even if they do win the regular season title. 5 bids would seem like a lot for the B1G, and if they replace one of the other 4, I can't see who they would have a legitimate claim to replace.
