70th in scoring offense is not good. Obviously not helped by 3 points vs OSU, but it is what it is.

Scoring offense needs to be in top 25 to be consistently competitive. Scoring defense in the top 25 after giving up 62 to OSU is quite good.

Not sure why you posted the special teams stats... maybe you want to embaress Bruce Read? lol

Ouch, some of those ST stats rankings have gotten worse throughout the year!

At least Iowa is worse at punt return defense. Maybe DPE can finally bust out a TD!

Alum-ni always gives ALL the stats regardless if we're good or bad in any catogory...

Disappointing this year with all the talent we have at Wide receiver that were only averaging 28 points a game..

As always thanks Alum we've missed you the majority of the season.

We never really played with our full receiving Corp this year...one was out or 2 were injured and couldn't run certain plays...Injuries killed the offense this year....conversely....low defensive injuries may produce a top 20 defense by Friday.

Weirdly efficient team. Statwise, the tOSU game hurts general production numbers big, but TOP, turnover win/loss and third down percentage are good. The D is salty overall. Our scoring D ranking would go from good to great if we played MSU instead of tOSU this year. We can have those special team numbers without a full time ST coach.
