On paper, these teams are pretty evenly matched. But we haven't played LSU, tOSU, Michigan and Iowa and they have. In hindsight, their performance against Michigan was quite impressive. But they are sufficiently mediocre on offense that if the boys keep their wits about them, they can win the game.

Just think how many sacks NU would have given up if Armstrong was a statue back there.

In some ways I agree but not in others. To me he panics a little early when he feels the pressure, especially on the edge, then he does his spin moves generally to his right. I would like to see him hang in the pocket a bit longer and look for lanes up the middle to run. While he often escapes, what happens after that and where does he end up?

What scares the hell out of me, is Wisky is #10 in Rushing Defense and has played LSU, Michigan, and Ohio State.

I take no comfort in their Rush Offense ranking for the same reason of who they've played.

Exactly. We've accumulated our stats with about the 90th ranked schedule, I suspect Wisky's is ranked a tad higher.

He ends up with the reporter on the sideline after the game talking about the win.

Concerning the game, I recognize that Wiscy has had to fight harder for their stats this year. It just looks to me like mistakes, and taking advantage of mistakes, is gonna have a much heavier weight in this game. ST's, penalties, turnovers, we'll need to be clicking.

Wow, our Net Punting, Punt Return Defense, and Penalty Yards Per Game all suck!

Everything else looks pretty good.

The not so bright side is their special teams play has been lacking as well. Would be a great time for an elevation in our ST play.
