I’m sure Kiffin and Co will be hard at work on how to take a dive prior to the spotting of the ball.
Just dumb and unnecessary. And yet further evidence that common sense isn't common.
If you want to prevent fake injuries, then make the player sit out a play or two or three. Couldn't be any easier to solve this issue.
All it will do is have players go down immediately after the play to avoid the penalty If I'm reading this correctly.
Doesn't the player already have to come out of the game for a play if the medical team comes out ? ...if they had to sit for the remainder of the series I could get behind that.
