Last night I saw one of the weirdest things watching NBA. It was finally something I can legitimately complain about that wasn’t a 3-4-5 step travel.
I saw Luka Doncic reach for a steal on a pass towards the sideline. He tips the ball and it goes out of bounds. The grown man jumps up and down repeatedly screaming he never touched it. Replay is shown and he certainly touched the ball.
WTF is going on in the NBA? Even plays like these - we gotta watch grown men cry?! Idk if it’s even watch-able. Btw, that 4 step Luka fade-away (post push off) is not even the same sport as basketball! It’s legitimately giving yourself 3-5 ft of separation… which if you practice it enough, it’s a simple step back 17 footer.
Ugh! I’m old. Just sucks that it’d be way more enjoyable by the real rules. Maybe it was my generation begging for more offense… idk. Anyways, Luka’s a bitch. He’s officially went from “next Larry Bird” to “French waiter” in my mind.
