My opinion on Martinez..

First off I don’t get why everyone is saying “what happened to him” Am I missing something? I thought he was very pedestrian last year and everyone’s acting like he’s the returning heisman winner. Now everyone is trying to figure out what’s wrong with him! All I can think is he looks the same as last year, and that is a slightly better then average QB. He’ll leave NU with tons of passing records but that ain’t saying anything as our glory days were running options. I started drinking the kool aid in preseason figuring I just must have missed something last year. I’m back to saying you are who I thought you were. Please prove me wrong!!
