At least for me, there is a feeling of significant importance to this new staff. I know that sounds obvious, but i mean bigger than the obvious need to get things turned around. You can see in the future, big TV deals being a thing of the past as the emerging generations will totally cut the cable and won't watch anything but streamed broadcast. That could easily be pay per view, and if NU doesn't get itself back into relevance nationally it will become even more difficult to dig out of the hole and funds will be more difficult to come by.
