Im new to this. What percentage of all eventual 2017 offers do you think have now been made? 80%+. Will there be many new offers made during the season for kids that blossom their high school senior season? Will any new offers be mostly back-up plans? Or will there still be a number of offers made to 4 star, plan A guys?
