Opening an anytime fitness in the Augusta Georgia area and curious to see how the scrolls think.

We will be a 4600 sqft facility so on the smaller side compared to the large box gyms. That being said we will have the squat racks, bench presses, and olympic lift stations.....although not 10 of each. Our price will be around $40 a month, but we offer 24/7 access and are with 4 minutes to 15k people with an average household income of 120k.
For those that vote equipment or amenities please list what you're looking for.
